ENGINE SERVICE KIT (CLASSIC ENGINES)

This kit will cover the parts you need for a service (with the exception of oil).
Parts included are as follows:
oil filter, oil filter washers and seals, drain plug washers, air filter, spark plug, contact breaker points and condenser.

For Leanburn and EFI models. As with the kit for the classic engine, this kit covers all the parts you will need for a service (with the exception of oil). Parts included are as follows:

OIL FILTER MAGNET

A great idea. Simply fits over the oil filter stud and sits inside the filter attracting any ferrous metal particles.
Note: If used with the packing piece it needs to be inserted last.

OIL FILTER PACKING PIECE

Another simple idea. Thes packing piece fits over the oil filter stud and sits inside the filter. It reduces the volume of oil needed in the filter chamber which allows the oil to reach the big end sooner, especially after an oil change. It can be used in conjunction with the oil fiter magnet (it should be inserted berfore the magnet).

CLUTCH SERVICE KIT (STANDARD)

Set of clutch plates, both metal and friction with 6 springs (3 heavy and 3 light).
Part 90039: 350cc before 09/98 - This type uses 3 friction and 3 steel plates.
Part 90040: All 500's (also 350's after 09/98) - This type uses 4 friction and 4 steel plates.

CLUTCH SERVICE KIT (IMPROVED)

This is a set of 5 clutch friction plates, 5 metal plates and 6 springs (3 heavy and 3 light). It is designed in such away that as a set it will replace the 4 plate set up in either the 4 speed or 5 speed clutches, helping to eliminate clutch slip.
Note: Also suitable for Redditch built 500cc Bullets from 1955 onwards.

DRIP TRAY

This steel tray is embossed with the Royal Enfield name. Can be used for an oil change or just a simple drip tray.
Its maximum internal dimensions are 350mm x 280mm x 40mm high.
