CLUTCH CUSH DRIVE
This clutch centre is made of 2 parts separated by rubbers. These rubbers act as a cushion to give the primary chain, clutch and gearbox an easier life. It comes complete with rubbers. Suitable for all Bullets with 4 speed gearboxes.

SPLINED CLUTCH UPGRADE
SPLINED CLUTCH UPGRADE — This English made CNC
machined alloy clutch basket offers a superior performance over the standard steel Indian item. By using 56 precision serrations as opposed to the standard 10 slots, the friction plates lift cleaner and drive more true. The combination of the clutch sprocket and 4 friction plates are nearly 50% lighter than the standard Indian items!
Other advantages include a plain centre bearing in the clutch basket rather than a ball race, easier installation by omitting the original circlip and the 2 steel dished plates in favour of fitting 4 of the same flat steel plate, this removes uncertainties concerning the correct sequence and orientation of the plates.
We can supply this as an upgrade kit for your existing clutch or supply a complete ready made clutch utilising new Indian made parts.

Over time the clutch centre on the 4 speed gearboxes can wear their way further onto the gearbox Mainshaft and eventually rub on the back of the chaincase as well as throwing the chain alignment out. This is a hardened splined spacer-washer approximately 3mm thick which fits onto the Mainshaft first before the clutch centre. It will require the back of the clutch centre to have a small recess machined to accept this washer.

CLUTCH PAD WITH BEARING
This clutch pad has tiny roller bearings in the end. This enables it to run friction free on the clutch pressure plate to ensure the clean lifting of the plates helping to cure drag.
Note: For Bullets built before September 1998 you will also require a new pressure plate, part 144463.

This is a clutch plate manufactured by Barnett in the USA. Its modern friction material bonded to a
lightweight alloy plate will help prevent clutch slip experienced with the standard plates.

CLUTCH SPRING SET
This set of 6 springs has 3 lightweight and 3 heavy springs. Placed alternately these will help prevent clutch slip.

These slim-line chaincases are as fitted to the non-alternator Bullets. These cases are commonly used on trials and early road bikes. They are fully machined and polished to the original specification apart from the inner which is complete with an improved clutch main shaft seal.

This is a set of 5 clutch friction plates, 5 metal plates and 6 springs (3 heavy and 3 light). It is designed in such away that as a set it will replace the 4 plate set up in either the 4 speed or 5 speed clutches, helping to eliminate clutch slip.

This is a set of 7 English made clutch friction plates for the EFI models. Made by EBC these are an improvement over the originals reducing the likelyhood of clutch slip and/or drag.

CHAIN TENSIONER ADJUSTER
This little assembly has a rubber buffer in the base. This helps prevent noise and vibration given by the standard adjuster bolt which is in direct contact with the chaincase.
Suitable for all Bullets, Redditch and Indian.

This belt drive kit is for the serious amongst us. A clutch that has been used and tested on high performance race machines. No slip, no drag, no more chain noise, no more adjusting the slipper. It comes with all fittings and instructions. It is equally at home either in the town or on the race track. For AC/DC systems (June 1999 models onwards) you require a spacer ring for the outer chain case.
Note: NOT suitable for electric start models or 5 speed with left gear change.

This is the same clutch that we use on our belt drive kit. However, it has been specifically adapted to suit the standard chain drive but has different plates to work in oil. It is an economical way to get a superb clutch without the expense of the full beltdrive kit.

PRESSURE PLATE KIT
This is a kit to move the position of the 6 clutch springs so that they are directly over the clutch plate friction material. This distributes the spring pressure to where it is most beneficial and therefore the clutch is less prone to slip or drag. It is supplied with a chaincase spacer and seal, clutch pressure plate, end plate, springs etc.

Some Enfields suffer from a clutch that is very heavy to operate. This hydraulic lever assembly comprises of the lever, master and slave cylinder, pipe work and all parts needed to fit. It has been specifically adapted to work on the Enfield and is guaranteed to give you a lighter feel to the lever. It has provision for fitting a mirror and will work with the bulky switch gear.
