Listed below are all of the component parts for the Continental kit as well as some optional extras. All of these parts can be purchased separately allowing you to create a bike to match your specific requirements.
Note: This kit and its component parts are suitable for a range of models but NOT for the EFI models. There is a kit available for the Electra EFI, for details click here .
CONTINENTAL KIT (350cc & 500cc BULLETS)
As with the Café Racer and Trials kits, all these parts are available separately, or we can supply a complete kit to convert your Bullet to a sports style similar to the picture, (please click on the picture to enlarge).
All the parts supplied in this kit are direct bolt on parts. Any drilling, polishing, plating and painting has already been done for you. All necessary fixings are supplied where required. No drilling or welding is required to the frame. Most of these parts have been designed by ourselves, in our own workshops specifically for the Bullet and produced to a high standard. This kit includes many of the quality features used on our Café Racer included the very popular rear-sets and top yoke. The new tank and seat unit gives this model a whole new style which is very pleasing to the eye.
Look at the parts shown below, remember that all these parts are quality items most of which are specifically designed for the Bullet, they represent excellent value. Please do not compare these kits to similar conversions available. There is no comparison! These kits are not built to a budget price, instead the focus has been on quality.
PARTS INCLUDED(please see individual descriptions below): Alloy front mudguard and stays, fork top yoke, fork stop, headlight shell and fixing bracket, clip-on handlebars, fork gaiters, cables, alloy petrol tank, seat, alloy rear mudguard and carrier assembly, number plate, exhaust system, electrics plate/battery carrier and covers, side stand, rear sets (including levers, folding footrests and kick-start etc), air filter, indicators, transfers and all fixings. This model can also be offered with a dual seat option. Other optional extras are: the wheel trims and flyscreen along with a dual seat and fairing which can be purchased separately if required.

This tank is as fitted to our Continental range. It is a few inches longer than the standard tank so will need to be fitted in conjunction with our Clubman Style (Part No.: 93561) sports seat (for more information click here . Note: There is also an option of a dual seat which is shown elsewhere in this section). This English manufactured tank has a highly polished finish, is very well made and is supplied with cap, tap, transfers and all fixings. It can be used with our top yoke and clip-ons or the standard casquette with either ace-bars or standard handlebars.

**Optional Extra** - A popular cafe racer accessory of the 1960s. These are a highly polished pressed alloy trim of excellent quality. They come complete with all fixings.
Note: These will require drilling of the hub to fit.

REAR SETS (4 SPEED AND 5 SPEED)
REAR SETS 4 SPEED - The rear set kit comprise of: levers, folding footrests, linkage, kick-start, brake light switch + bracket, brake rod and all rubbers. There are no brackets to make, no holes to drill, it is a direct bolt on kit. It retains the standard 1 up 3 down gear change.
Part: 92650 (2004-2006 Indian home market models).
Note: For those of you with left foot gear change, we can supply a kit to convert to right change.
REAR SETS 5 SPEED - These are similar in design to the 4 speed rear set kits and will retain your original gear change pattern.
Parts: 92649 and 92648.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Rear sets are normally supplied as part of a "kit" as they are NOT suitable for use on an unmodified Bullet because of the position of the standard exhaust pipe, tool box etc.

These gaiters not only enhance the looks of your Bullet, but also give added protection to the main tubes and seals. These are a tight fit on to the forks and require no additional fixings.

FRONT MUDGUARD AND STAYS
The alloy front mudguard is polished and pre-drilled ready to accept the mudguard stays supplied with it. The stays are powder coated in black. Comes complete with stay to mudguard fixing bolts. We also supply a version for disc brake models (Part No.: 92562) which use a different stay arrangement.

A very stylish swept back exhaust pipe with the famous Gold-star styled silencer, made in the UK. There is a removable baffle that can be modified to create the sound/performance of your choice. It has 3 fixing points. This system can only be used with the rear-sets shown elsewhere in this section. For a similar exhaust for use with standard footrests see our "Exhaust System" section, Part No's.: 91006 (350cc) & 200089 (500cc).
Note: The system for the Electra (Part 91028) is not as swept back as the version for Classic engine (shown in the photograph) and can therefore be used with the standard footrests.

This perspex flyscreen bolts on to the alloy top yoke (Part No.:92513). This is a typical 1960's styling accessory. It comes complete with fixing screws and washers.

FORK TOP YOKE
This is a purpose built alloy casting which houses the same instruments as the original casquette. It fits in the same way as the original, but does not have the bulky headlight built in to it. This allows the fitting of the clip-on handlebars and a seperate headlight. It comes complete with all necessary fittings.
Please note: We do not recommend cutting down the original casquette to give a similar look as this would leave the original too weak and unsafe.
Note: If you wish to fit a flyscreen (Part No.: 92544) you will need to order the appropriate yoke (Part No.: 92513flyscreen) which comes with pre-drilled fixing holes.

ELECTRICS/BATTERY CARRIER + COVER
This two piece construction replaces the toolboxes and battery carrier. This centralises the battery behind the frame down tube. It also has direct fixing points for the coil, flasher unit, rectifier/regulator (or Power box). It is powder coated in black and comes with all fixings necessary. No drilling is required, (with an exception if you have a toolbox mounted igntion switch). The fibreglass cover add the finishing touch making this a nice neat job.

This is a dual seat option for our Continental model only. We have a revised white piping seat and bracket kit that bolts directly on to the frame. We have developed a bracket assembly for the supplied folding pillion footrests to allow them to mount in the conventional way.

This is the seat that we use on our Continental kit. It is an English made product that has a METAL base. It will fit with our Café Racer or Continental tank. It is supplied with the necessary fixings to attach it to the standard mudguard carriers or our Continental version.

REAR MUDGUARD AND CARRIER
This is the assembly we use on the Continental model. It has a pre-drilled polished alloy mudguard, powder coated sub-frame and all fixings. Bolts straight on.

REAR NUMBER PLATE WITH LIGHT
This number plate has been specially designed for our kits. It is made in the UK and powder coated in black, and has the correct brackets for our flexible indicators ( not included) and comes complete with 1950's style rear stop/tail light and fixings.
Note: On our example we have used stick on white registration numbers. However, please be aware there are strict rules regarding registration numbers and letters and before ordering you should make yourself familiar with any that may apply to your particular bike.
If ordering any, the following information needs to be provided: State the numbers and letters you require by overtyping the text in the "Details" section of the order form (below). Use the "drop down" for quantity to specify the total number required. e.g. A12 BCD - Total number required = 6.

This bracket bolts directly on to the bottom yoke to allow simple fixing of the above headlight. It is powder coated in black.

A chrome shell with a polished alloy plate engraved with "RE". It comes complete with fixing bolts and wiring grommet. The original 7" light unit and rim fit directly in to this.

This English made fairing is specifically for our Continental (NOT Electra EFI) & Cafe Racer kits. Its sleek design not only enhances the looks of your bike, but also helps the top speed and economics. We had this fairing fitted to one of our tuned 500 Bullets and obtained a timed top speed of 120 miles per hour over a flying quarter mile. This compared to 114 miles per hour without the fairing fitted.
It comes complete with all fixings, brackets, nose cone and screen. (Requires drilling of 4 simple holes to fit). Finished in red and white.
Note 1: Will not fit with the standard casquette.

SPORTS FAIRING (TOP)
This is a similar English made fairing to the Sports Fairing shown elsewhere in this section but without the lower panels. Again this fairing is specifically for our Cafe Racer & Continental (NOT Electra EFI) kits. It comes complete with all fixings, brackets, nose cone and screen but will require drilling of some holes to fit. Finished in red.
