Trials

This English made, highly polished, small alloy tank has been exclusively designed and manufactured for us. It is suitable for trials, green lane or normal road use. It comes complete with flip up cap, transfers, petrol tap and rear fixing. Approx 1.5 gallons.

This number plate has been specially designed for our kits. It is made in the UK and powder coated in black, and has the correct brackets for our flexible indicators ( not included) and comes complete with 1950's style rear stop/tail light and fixings.

Note: On our example we have used stick on white registration numbers. However, please be aware there are strict rules regarding registration numbers and letters and before ordering you should make yourself familiar with any that may apply to your particular bike.
If ordering any, the following information needs to be provided: State the numbers and letters you require by overtyping the text in the "Details" section of the order form (below). Use the "drop down" for quantity to specify the total number required. e.g. A12 BCD - Total number required = 6.

We can supply all the parts to convert the standard road Bullet to a trials bike, whether it is just for the looks or some real fun down the green lanes. (This kit is not designed to be an outright trials bike, but if that is your requirement we have the parts available to help make your Bullet a competitive classic trials bike as used in the classic trials that are so popular nowadays. Please enquire).
The Bullet shown below started off as a second-hand bike purchase for LESS than £500.00. All the parts in the kit are direct bolt on with no extra drilling or welding required. The only exception to this are the front indicators. You can keep their original position or you can drill the headlamp casquette as we have done.
The mudguards are all drilled ready to accept the stays. The mudguard stays, rear loop, rear number plate etc. are powder-coated in black. The straight kick-start, handlebars, exhaust system and saddle springs are all chromed. The rims are alloy as are the mudguards which are highly polished. It has the superb centrally mounted prop stand which can be used in conjuction with the centre stand if required.

PARTS INCLUDED: Alloy mudguards, 3 x mudguard stays, 21" + 18" alloy wheel rims with spokes and nipples, fork gaiters, flexible indicators, handlebars, alloy tank with transfers, single saddle, rear mudguard loop, rear number plate bracket and light holder, rear light, exhaust system, straight kick-start (not in ELECTRA (X) kit), air filter, side stand, sump guard and all fixings. (Please note: tyres not included).

This is a straight, folding kick-start which tucks in out of the way and is suitable when you have the high level trials exhaust fitted.

Note: Only available for 4-speed gearboxes.

These gaiters not only enhance the look of your Bullet, but also give added protection to the main tubes and seals. These are a tight fit on to the forks and require no additional fixings.

For looks or competition (will require removal of R/H tool box). Please note this system has very little silencing and would not pass an MOT. However, the "MUTE" listed elsewhere in this section, can be fitted which will help to reduce the noise level. The front pipe is supplied longer than required incase the owner wants to fit a different silencer and therfore will need to be trimmed to the required length. The kit includes the exhaust pipe, silencer and heavy duty silencer clip.

Note 1: A heat shield (Part Number: 91043), which helps to protect your leg/trousers from the hot exhaust pipe, is available as an optional extra.

Note 2: This system is NOT suitable for the Thunderbird or EFI models.

This English made carrier has been designed especially for the trials look when fitting a single saddle. It works well with the alloy mudguard shown. It is finished in black.

(This is not suitable for use with a pillion seat)

Universal, unpolished and will need drilling.

This polished alloy rear mudguard is supplied with the painted rear loop and all fixings. It is drilled ready to fit. It is also drilled to take our small number number plate, (part number 92515 shown elsewhere in this section). NOT suitable for carrying a pillion passenger.

These small indicators are finished in black and are mounted via a flexible stem. The non obtrusive look adds a nice touch to your Bullet. Sold in pairs.

This seat is a smaller and a narrower seat than 200081. It is most suited for the trials look. It comes complete with fixing kit and will bolt directly on assuming you have the top bracket on the frame (see illustration in the Seats and Saddles section of this catalogue).

Note: The Electra X seat (Part No.: 93022) will require the rear mudguard carrier (Part No.: 93021A) or mudguard and loop (Part No.: 93020) to be fitted.

These alloy rims are European made and Pre-drilled for the full width Enfield hubs hubs (suitable for English or Indian models). They are the non-flanged type.

These kits are for when you change from the standard wheel rim size of 19".

Note: NOT suitable for 350cc (pre-89) Indian Bullets, Redditch Bulets or Classic EFI.

Hagons, black finish, with open chrome springs. A 3 way adjustment gives you the choice of ride. Being longer than standard, these are ideal for on and off road.

Note: NOT included in the kit - **OPTIONAL EXTRA**.

This steel bash plate is a copy of the guard that Royal Enfield offered in the 1950s on their competition Bullets. It is very sturdy and is powder coated in black.

This is a high performance, washable, pancake filter made in America made by S&B. Fitting one of these filters will require re-tuning your carburettor.
Suitable for use with Mikcarb or Amal Carburettors once the standard air filter is removed.

We have pre-drilled this polished alloy front mudguard ready to accept the set of 3 powder coated stays that are supplied with it. Also included are the nice domed fixing screws and nuts.

Note: For 21" front wheel.

The outer 2 stays are a one piece tubular stay that fit over the mudguard. The centre stay is a pressed stay that fits on the underside of the mudguard. Will work well with the alloy mudguards shown in the 'Frame/Chassis > Mudguards' section. Finished in black.

Supplied as a set of 3.

This stay is for the disc brake models with 21" wheels. Will work well with the alloy mudguards shown in the 'Frame/Chassis > Mudguards' section. Finished in black.

These folding footrests are made specially for competition purposes. These need to be welded or bolted to the frame in the desired position.
