This English made, highly polished, small alloy tank has been exclusively designed and manufactured for us. It is suitable for trials, green lane or normal road use. It comes complete with flip up cap, transfers, petrol tap and rear fixing. Approx 1.5 gallons.

We can supply all the parts to convert the standard road Bullet to a trials bike, whether it is just for the looks or some real fun down the green lanes. (This kit is not designed to be an outright trials bike, but if that is your requirement we have the parts available to help make your Bullet a competitive classic trials bike as used in the classic trials that are so popular nowadays. Please enquire).
The Bullet shown below started off as a second-hand bike purchase for LESS than £500.00. All the parts in the kit are direct bolt on with no extra drilling or welding required. The only exception to this are the front indicators. You can keep their original position or you can drill the headlamp casquette as we have done.
The mudguards are all drilled ready to accept the stays. The mudguard stays, rear loop, rear number plate etc. are powder-coated in black. The straight kick-start, handlebars, exhaust system and saddle springs are all chromed. The rims are alloy as are the mudguards which are highly polished. It has the superb centrally mounted prop stand which can be used in conjuction with the centre stand if required.
PARTS INCLUDED: Alloy mudguards, 3 x mudguard stays, 21" + 18" alloy wheel rims with spokes and nipples, fork gaiters, flexible indicators, handlebars, alloy tank with transfers, single saddle, rear mudguard loop, rear number plate bracket and light holder, rear light, exhaust system, straight kick-start (not in ELECTRA (X) kit), air filter, side stand, sump guard and all fixings. REAR NUMBER PLATE WITH LIGHT
This number plate has been specially designed for our kits. It is made in the UK and powder coated in black, and has the correct brackets for our flexible indicators ( not included) and comes complete with 1950's style rear stop/tail light and fixings.
Note: On our example we have used stick on white registration numbers. However, please be aware there are strict rules regarding registration numbers and letters and before ordering you should make yourself familiar with any that may apply to your particular bike.

HIGH LEVEL EXHAUST SYSTEM
For looks or competition (will require removal of R/H tool box). Please note this system has very little silencing and would not pass an MOT. However, the "MUTE" listed elsewhere in this section, can be fitted in the pipe which will help to reduce the noise level. The front pipe is supplied longer than required incase the owner wants to fit a different silencer and therfore will need to be trimmed to the required length. The kit includes the exhaust pipe, silencer and heavy duty silencer clip.
Note 1: A heat shield (Part Number: 91043), which helps to protect your leg/trousers from the hot exhaust pipe, is available as an optional extra.
Note 2: This system is NOT suitable for the Thunderbird or EFI models.

SINGLE SEAT (SMALL)
This seat is a smaller and a narrower seat than 200081. It is most suited for the trials look. It comes complete with fixing kit and will bolt directly on assuming you have the top bracket on the frame (see illustration in the Seats and Saddles section of this catalogue).

This is a high performance, washable, pancake filter made in America made by S&B. Fitting one of these filters will require re-tuning your carburettor.
