Product Information:
Sunstuff clothing provides protection against the elements thanks to oilskin. Prior to being woven to heavy fabric, the cotton thread used for Sunstuff jackets and trousers undergoes hot oil treatment, thus providing it with the "oilskin" from which it derives its name. Unlike waxed cotton, which involves coating the ready-made fabric with wax, oil-soaked oilskins provide the protective properties required to brave the worst of weathers. This oil-treating method originates from Australian oilskin, the original material from which seamens traditional oilskins are made.
Sunstuff clothing becomes more attractive with age, the older it is the more attractive it becomes. The classic patina is every motorcyclists pride and joy, as each one can tell the tale of a motorcyclists long motorcycling life.
Important - There may be a light oily surface residue on the oilskin as a result of the manufacturing process. This is normal and will evaporate in time. Oilskin garments can be cleaned by hosing them down and hanging them up to dry. Any stains or heavy soiling should be sponged lightly using a damp sponge. Do not machine wash or dry clean.

This is a quality alternative to the legendary Belstaff Trialmaster jacket. It is made in Australia from Australian oilskin which has excellent weatherproof properties. It is available in black, has 2 inner and 4 outer pockets, waist and neck belts and is lined in tartan.
