| All the parts are available separately, or we can supply a complete kit to convert your Bullet to a cafe racer style similar to the picture below.
All the parts supplied in this kit are direct bolt on parts. Any drilling, (with the exception of the light fitting on the rear mudguard), polishing, plating and painting has already been done for you. All necessary fixings are supplied where required. No drilling or welding is required to the frame.
Most of these parts have been designed by ourselves, in our own workshops specifically for the Bullet and produced to a high standard to enhance your machine.
The exhaust system and air filter supplied in the kit will enhance the performance of the engine, but to go that little further, please see the performance parts listed elsewhere in this catalogue.
The conversion pictured, was done on a well travelled year 1999 500 Bullet, but it can be done on any Indian made Bullet. A cheap scruffy donor machine is suitable as a basis for the conversion as most painted parts will be replaced. PARTS INCLUDED: (Please see individual descriptions on the following pages). Alloy front mudguard and stays, fork top yoke, fork stop, headlight shell and fixing bracket, clip-on handlebars, fork gaiters, cables, alloy petrol tank, seat/mudguard assy, exhaust system, electrics plate/battery carrier and covers, side stand, rear sets (including levers, folding footrests and kick-start etc), air filter, transfers and all fixings. Optional extras are: indicators, flyscreen and wheel trims which can be purchased separately if required. Note: There are now so many variations between years and models that we need to collect some extra information in order to make sure the kit we provide is suitable for your bike.  | EXHAUST SYSTEM | |||||||||||||||
| A very stylish swept back exhaust pipe with the famous Gold-star styled silencer, made in the UK. There is a removable baffle that can be modified to create the sound/performance of your choice. It has 3 fixing points. This system can only be used with the rear-sets shown below. For a similar exhaust for use with standard footrests see our "Exhaust System" section. Note: The system for the Electra (Part 91028) is not as swept back as the version for Classic engine (shown in the photograph) and can therefore be used with the standard footrests. |

 | FORK TOP YOKE | |||||||||||
| This is a purpose built alloy casting which houses the same instruments as the original casquette. It fits in the same way as the original, but does not have the bulky headlight built in to it. This allows the fitting of the clip-on handlebars and a seperate headlight. It comes complete with all necessary fittings. Please note: We do not recommend cutting down the original casquette to give a similar look as this would leave the original too weak and unsafe. Note: If you wish to fit a flyscreen (92544) please select the appropriate Part Number. |

 | PETROL TANK | |||||||
| This polished alloy petrol tank is designed by ourselves especially for the Bullet. It is rubber mounted front and rear, it comes complete with all fixings, petrol tap, Monza style cap and transfers. Made in England. This can be used with our top yoke and clip-ons or the standard casquette with either ace-bars or standard handelbars. | ||||||||

 | REAR SETS (4 SPEED and 5 SPEED) | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| REAR SETS 4 SPEED - The rear set kit comprise of: levers, folding footrests, linkage, kick-start, brake light switch + bracket, brake rod and all rubbers. There are no brackets to make, no holes to drill, it is a direct bolt on kit. It retains the standard 1 up 3 down gear change. Parts: 92503 and 92650 (2004-2006 Indian home market models). Note: For those of you with left foot gear change, we can supply a kit to convert to right change.  | FORK GAITERS | |||||||
| These gaiters not only enhance the look of your Bullet, but also give added protection to the main tubes and seals. These are a tight fit on to the forks and require no additional fixings. | ||||||||

 | HEADLAMP SHELL | |||||||
| This shell has been specially made for us by Lucas. It is a chrome shell and has no unwanted holes that universal shells have. It comes complete with fixing bolts and wiring grommet. The original 7" light unit and rim fit directly in to this. | ||||||||

 | CLIP-ONS | |||||||
| These clamp directly on to the 35mm fork legs. They cannot be fitted with the standard casquette. We recommend the fitting of shorter cables - available from us. | ||||||||
|
 | HEADLIGHT BRACKET | |||||||
| This bracket bolts directly on to the bottom yoke to allow simple fixing of the above headlight. | ||||||||

 | FRONT MUDGUARD AND STAYS | |||||||||||
| The alloy front mudguard is polished and pre-drilled ready to accept the mudguard stays that are supplied with it. The stays are powder coated in black. Comes complete with stay to mudguard fixings. | ||||||||||||

 | REAR SEAT AND MUDGUARD | |||||||
| This is a firbeglass seat unit made specially for the Bullet. It is upholstered to a very high standard by a leading specialist. It comes complete with short rear mudguard, all brackets and fixings. Also included is the 1960s tail lamp as detailed below. Either this or your original light can be used. The seat unit will require simple drilling to accept the light of your choice. Finished in red with a black cover. |

 | ELECTRICS/BATTERY CARRIER + COVERS | |||||||||||
| A two piece construction that replaces the tollboxes and battery carrier. This centralises the battery behind the frame down tube.It also has direct fixing points for the coil, ignition switch (if fitted), flasher unit, rectifier/regulator (or Power box). It is powder coated in black and comes with all necessary fixings. No drilling is required. The fibreglass covers add the finishing touch making this a nice neat job. Covers finished in red to match the rear mudguard. Note 1: This part is suitable for kickstart models ONLY.  | ELECTRICS/BATTERY CARRIER + COVER FOR ELECTRIC & KICKSTART MODELS | |||||||||||
| This assembly is similar to above, but has been re-designed to take the larger battery and the extra electrics that the new ES model needs. This uses a one piece cover (available in red or black) that stylishly semi covers the battery. This can be used for both kickstart and electric start models with the ignition switch fitted next to the speedo. Note 1: Suitable for BOTH electric and kickstart models.  | SIDE STAND | |||||||
| This centrally mounted stand gives the bike a very stable feel. It is very easy to kick down whilst sitting on the bike. The leg is finished in chrome. | ||||||||

 | FLYSCREEN | |||||||

| **Optional extra** A popular cafe racer accessory of the 1960s. These are a highly polished pressed alloy trim of excellent quality. They come complete with all fixings. Note: These will require drilling of the hub to fit. |

 | SPORTS FAIRING | |||||||
| **Optional extra** This English made fairing is specifically for our GT cafe racer kit. Its sleek design not only enhances the looks of your GT, but its also helps the top speed and economics. We had this fairing fitted to one of our tuned 500 Bullets and obtained a timed top speed of 119 miles per hour over the flying quarter mile. This compared to 112 miles per hour without the fairing fitted. It comes complete with all fixings, brackets, nose cone and screen. (Requires drilling of 4 simple holes to fit). Finished in red and white. Please note that this will not fit with the standard casquette. | ||||||||
