Has anyone come up with a mounting system for the bike that will prevent GoPro camera shake at certain revs? I know I can put the camera on my helmet or chest but I would like to mount on the bike forks and/or frame. Any ideas?

Shake should not be a problem if the camera has image stabilization. Most modern cameras have a gyroscope which compensates for shaking. Check your instruction book.
